Year 7 Germany trip- day 1

Monday morning, we got up at around 4:00am to get to school. The coach drive took 2 hours to get to Dover an then we boarded the ferry. On the ferry, there were gift shops and even a starbucks! It lasted for about an hour and a half before we were in France! Next, we had to drive through France which roughly took about 4 hours. Then we were in Germany! We stopped at a service station where people bought their lunch and used bathroom. As everyone boarded the coach, we set off for the last leg of our journey. They then read out our rooms for the hotel and then we arrived at Hotel Anker! We got our suitcases out and got our keys for our rooms! Although it was long, most people enjoyed the trip down to Germany and we are excited for the activities that are planned for us!
