May Students of the Month!!

Here is Hungary's entry to Eurovision 2009. Sadly, they did not make it to the final. The song is 'Dance with Me' by Zoli Adok.

France - Eurovision Song Contest 2009 Final - BBC One

Patricia Kaas sang for France. Patricia has sold over 16 million records worldwide. Her father is French and her mother is German, and she was raised in Lorraine, France, near the German border. The entry came 8th in the competition.

Germany - Eurovision Song Contest 2009 Final - BBC One

Germany's entry came 20th.

Spain - Eurovision Song Contest 2009 Final - BBC One

Soraya sang Spain's entry, which came 23rd. Soraya used to be a flight attendant, and speaks five languages!

Year 8 Barcelona Trip

Twenty-eight Year 8 students have just returned from a fantastic trip to Barcelona. They visited places such as La Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, the Torres vineyard and Vilanova. They also learned new Spanish vocabulary and sampled Spanish cuisine, such as churros and paella!
